Komentovaná prohlídka: Zrcadla pravdy: Kupka a karikatura

On the occasion of the Meda 106 / Day Museum Kampa, we have prepared a series of guided tours of all our current exhibitions. We will be guided by our experienced and enthusiastic lecturers. The tour of Kupka and the cartoon will begin in our permanent exhibition and will bring the free work of František Kupka, from which his abstract paintings are the most famous, which began to form before the First World War. Before he completely devoted himself to painting, however, he had a period when he did not paint at all. He devoted himself to drawing illustrations in often politically engaged magazines. On a guided tour we explore this fascinating and not very well -known period of Kupka's work, which is represented by the exhibition of the Mirrors of Truth. You will see not only illustrations from František Kupka, but also from his contemporaries.

Guided tour is free of charge for a valid ticket. However, the capacity of the exhibition premises is limited to the protection of works.
