Komentovaná vycházka: Parkem Přátelství (až) ke svatému Václavu

The city district of Prague 9 in cooperation with the Darwin Natural Society invites to another series of natural-urban walks in our city district. The walks are held with the support of Deputy Mayor Kamila Matějková. We will show you which places in the park are interesting and rich in a natural point of view and if this form is green with modern development. We will visit both the old and the new Prosecký cemetery and learn about their past. The ending will take place at the Natural Monument of the Prosek Rock, which in the past served as a refuge not only to animals but also to people. We will come across the topics of nature and monuments and the transformation of the agricultural landscape into cultural landscapes.

🕑 Where: Meeting at 10 am at Střížkov U Fountain
🟢 Participation is free and there is no need to register in advance

The route is about 3 km long and is also suitable for strollers (except the last part of the Prosecký rocks).
