Komentovaný sprievod výstavou Dym a zrkadlá s Mirou Keratovou

GMB invites you to the first commented tour of the intergenerational group exhibition Smoke and Mirrors exploring the current transformations of the political interpretation of the world, which will be led by the curator of the exhibition Mira Keratová.

The power-ideological shifts in public discourse that we are currently experiencing in Slovakia go beyond the borders of nation states and are part of a global system. They rewrite the cultural, social and economic reality, which deviates from democratic principles towards authoritarian regimes of growing inequality.

The exhibition aims to contribute to the development of open community sharing formats and perspectives of social reconciliation. It appeals to the need to develop the political imagination of new alliances based on the understanding of complex contexts and the identification of common interests of the working class.
