Komplexná predpôrodná príprava

We invite you to the prenatal preparation course, which we designed and developed together with DULA ALIA in order to give you as much information, practical knowledge and experience from our practice as possible. So that you know how to navigate Bratislava and surrounding maternity hospitals, know your rights, understand the birth process and especially - to tune in to yourself and your baby and it brings you joy and confidence in both of you ❤️

Full the course is divided into four blocks lasting 2 hours/block. It includes the principles of natural birth, you will learn how physiological birth takes place and what affects it, we will talk about what a woman needs in order to relax and commit herself to the birth process 😊 and also about what is in it for her can prevent.
We will look together at childbirth from the point of view of childbirth recommendations and procedures of the WHO, which are binding and generally valid in our healthcare system, and we will explain why it still makes sense to write your own birth plan.
We will prepare you for breastfeeding and for the first days with your baby. And we will also focus on the period immediately after the birth, taking care of yourself, the baby and the newly formed family.
Our intention is that after completing the course you will leave the birth calm and positive, well-informed, aware of your rights and with a deep with confidence in one's own competences ❤️

We start on November 7, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the forest club Do Sveta in Petržalka.
Registration takes place via the registration form on the website www.kporodu.sk
