We invite you to the pre -natal preparation course, which we designed and developed together with Dula Alia so that we give you as much information, practical knowledge and experience in our practice as possible. To be able to orientate yourself in Bratislava and surrounding maternity hospitals, they knew your rights, understood the birth process and especially - to tune in to yourself and your baby and bring you joy and trust in you both ❤️
The course is scheduled for four blocks of 2 hours/block. It includes the principles of natural birth, you will learn how physiological birth is going on and what affects it, we will talk about what a woman needs to relax and dedicate to her 😊 and what about her in it can defend.
We will look at birth from the point of view of the birth recommendations and procedures of WHO, which are binding and generally valid in our healthcare and explain why it makes sense to write your own birth plan.
We will prepare you for breastfeeding and for the first days with your baby. And we will also address the period immediately after birth, care for yourself, the baby and the newly established family. confidence in our own competencies ❤️
We start 6.2. 2025 at 17.30 in the forest club to the world in Petržalka.
