A UNIQUE CONCERT FOR THE 35TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE GENTLE REVOLUTION
Freedom is not a given, today it sounds like a cliché. But the truth is that freedom is neither self-evident nor free. We pay for it with our responsibility, our willingness to participate in public affairs and, above all, our will to defend it not only from those who would like to take it from us, but also from those who have resigned to the desire to live in freedom. And that's why we ask together with our younger versions, together with the younger versions of our parents, grandparents and friends (those who stood on the SNP square and in front of the government office) "how much longer?" How long will our freedom last? Democracy? And our desire for them? Come and remember with us what it was like not only during November 1989 in the frosty days of the Gentle Revolution, but also before it, in the period of goulash socialism. Songs from the productions of Pozsony Dance Club and Prešporské porno will bring us back to the evocative atmosphere of the past. Let's remember her to remind ourselves why we want a different future for our children. Because whether we like it or not, freedom is really not a given.
