About event
On the occasion of the 80s. The anniversary of the end of World War II will have a concert with an accompanying program that will honor Czechoslovak composers and foreign artists who have become the victims of the Holocaust or Nazi persecution.
Program
17:30 - Lecture of musicologist and translator Magdalena Živná on the personality and work of Viktor Ullmann and presentation of the Czech translation of Ullmann's monograph from German musicologist Ingo Schultz.
19:00 - Chamber concert with compositions by Viktor Ullmann, Pavel Haas, Hans beauty, Rudolf Karel and Sylva Stejskalová in Irena Troupová (soprano), Ondřej Holub (tenor) and Jan Dušek (Piano). Noemi Arts & Media.
The concert takes place with the financial support of the Austrian Embassy in Prague, OSA Foundation and the Foundation Life of the Artist.
