Bracken was born in Gosford, Australia, and in 2013 he moved to Poland with his family. But how is it? - You ask. From Australia to Poland?
On the music scene as the author of his own songs, Bracken appeared only as a twenty-leaflet and released his first EP, Everything Looks Better in Candlelight in 2008, at the age of 27. The Australian (together with the Polish wife) encouraged the greater response with which he met in Europe than in his homeland) to move a few years later. The decision turned out to be successful when Bracken began to record The Opole Session (2012) and Live at Radio Opole (2016) after getting to know the Polish ethno-jazz icon Jacek Mielcarek and his musical friends.
concerts in Poland and all over Europe, including in Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Italy. At the peak of Pandemia in 2020, Bracken released his debut album Wolf Ahead Tiger Behind. Work is currently underway on the next album.
