About event
Home band Secret Session is back in Záhrad after a year. Original compositions, computer-free projections of unprecedented dimensions and super sound with the ambition to experience an extraordinary concert together.
Secret Session defines themselves as an (over)exposed rock trio balancing between composition and improvisation. The music is dominated by echoes of 60s psychedelia and 70s prog rock. The group tries to combine strong melodies with interesting instrumentation in its cheesy work and to surprise (sometimes even themselves). At concerts, they try to convey a believable artistic experience without poses, with an emphasis on color, dynamics and naturalness. In addition to classical musical instruments, the band also uses less traditional ones, such as Mellotron, Theremin, bass pedals, flexatone, rain stick, or vibraslap.
Live analog projection with the use of meteors and special liquid colors adds uniqueness to their concerts. The projection is created in real time, so it is always different and authentic. In case of favorable weather, the concert will take place outside the Garden and will be projected on the historic walls of the surrounding buildings.
