Konference Evropský soud pro lidská práva a klimatická změna

We invite you to the conference the European Court of Human Rights and Climate Change organized by the Department of Constitutional Law and Political Science of the Faculty of Law under the auspices of the Judge ECtHR Kateřina Šimáčková. According to the preliminary program, the conference will consist of four professional panels, in which lawyers and lawyers will not only perform from the ranks of academics and academics of the department. The main speakers and speakers will be Kateřina Šimáčková (ECtHP), Hana Müllerová (Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic), Miroslav Kaštyl (Office of the Government Representation for Representation of the Czech Republic before the ECHR) and Vojtěch Vomáček (Department of Environmental Law PrF MU). There will also be David Kosař, Jan Kratochvíl, Jiří Kmec and others. The context and current case law together with the attitude of individual states will be introduced. Attention will also be paid to the topics of jurisdiction and standing at the ECZPs and the topics of intergenerational responsibility and activism will resonate.
