About event
We cordially invite you to the Interdisciplinary Ways to Support Children and Young People conference, which will present experiences from the Klíč project - case management with children and adolescents in Prague, which is implemented by the Czech Streetwork Association in cooperation with low-threshold services. We will focus on examples and possibilities of interdisciplinary cooperation between schools, social services and other institutions as one of the ways to support children and young people in solving a difficult life situation and stabilizing it.
🟢 What can you expect?
The conference will offer presentations and interactive workshops. For example, you can look forward to the following contributions:
▪ School and low-threshold cooperation: roles, boundaries and joint responsibility - Jana Benešová, ZŠ Mendelova; Eva Kavurová, YMCA Prague; Tereza Kvapil Baudišová, Česká asociace streetwork, z.s. Children's Psychiatric Clinic 2. LF UK and FN Motol
Part of the program will be the traditional presentation of the 2025 TIMED SHOE annual award, which will be awarded to the personality and team of the year in the field of low-threshold social work.
