TWO DAY MARATHON WITH DANCE.
FIRST DAY IN CHAIRS, SECOND DAY IN MOVEMENT!
The Dance and School conference connects these two seemingly distant worlds and wants to show that it is possible and makes sense in the education of children — to dance in school. The conference is intended for the professional and pedagogical community as well as for the general public.
In connection with the planned changes in the Framework Education Program (FEP), where the concept of art education reflects the diversity of the world of art around us, we can count on that in the near future all children will encounter dance and movement education at primary school to a certain extent.
What can such dance and movement education look like? Did you know that he has been teaching at some schools for over 15 years and can entertain children (yes, even boys)? Come and see for yourself.

The Saturday program is intended for the professional community of cultural workers, dance artists and pedagogues, actors who implement creative learning projects in the field of dance and movement and project teaching of dance and movement education in schools. The conference is focused on networking, sharing good practice and current methodological outputs from these projects.

Sample workshop for primary school teachers + debate
Creative movement teaching workshop is intended especially for primary school teachers of the 1st grade. Creative movement education is based on the principles of creative dance education and is based on the natural movement of children, so it does not require special prerequisites and is suitable for all pupils. in the Central Bohemian Region since 2006. The program has a scope of 10-12 teaching hours, which take place regularly over a period of three months of school teaching. Classes are led by professional dance artists with pedagogical education/experience, accompanied by live music.

PERFORMANCE IN SCHOOL: GOAT COWS – FIELD VERSION
Ostružina/Barbora Látalová, Tereza Říčanová
Dance production for hearing and deaf audiences, for children aged 4-11 and the whole family (grandparents welcome). The performance is actively translated into artistic Czech sign language.
How does the cow dance? A cow is a huge animal, a purring warm body, a friend. Production from the workshop of dancer Barbora Látalová in collaboration with illustrator Tereza Říčanová. The inspiration was Teresa's real cow Malina and everyday life with her. The cow gives us everything she has, and what can we give her?

Sample workshop for primary school teachers + debate
The dance school is a creative learning project, it supports interdisciplinary activities, artistic project thinking and creativity. It brings new approaches, modern methods to schools and among pedagogues and inspires "out of the box" thinking about education. The dance creator involves not only pupils but also teachers in the creative process. Teachers and trained artists form pairs and prepare the content and form of the project together.
Movement and dance help students acquire knowledge across the curriculum and expand their framework of competences. It strengthens the ties between pupils, teachers, the school and the child's family. Thanks to art, children and adults gain access to abstraction and realize the contribution of art to their development.

Media, manipulation, social networks. Today's challenges - for young people an absolutely inseparable part of life. How do children work with media content? How does it translate into how they move? What gestures influence them and who leads and who follows in our world? Jáma lvová is a captivating duet of dancers who tell not only that fun can easily turn into darkness and back again.
