iMPULZ is an inspiring conference about the future of education, education and youth work. In 2026, it will have an international character and will become part of a multi-day festival of education. It is organized by OZ TEAM in cooperation with the organizations SYTEV, Eduvalue and ZIPCeM. 🌍
Her fifth year will be special because it will be a two-day event for the first time. This will give us more space to experience inspiring speakers, discussions, practical workshops or networking 🤝.
The conference will take place on June 16 and 17, 2026 in the premises of R2N in Banská Bystrica.

That is the question we ask ourselves for the fifth year of iMPULZ. We will be accompanied by the views and experiences of many professionals and experts from practice.

The young person in the center of attention
In schools, in communities and in extracurricular activities, we are looking for ways to help them survive in times of uncertainty, information overload and increasing pressure to perform. FOMO or FOBO - unfamiliar abbreviations at first glance, but they mean a lot.
What can help us perceive the needs of young people, combine them with the expectations of employers and raise a generation that will one day lead our society?
Common language of generations
Generation ALFA is already in schools and we still don't quite understand even GEN Z. Can we find a common language in how to work with today's generation of young people? How about teacher-pupil or teacher-parent relationships? What can we learn from each other and how can we help each other?
The value of the teacher
More and more often we ask what is the meaning of education, the value of the teacher and the school in a changing world. In a few years, will we know schools as we know them today? How do we take care of ourselves so that we can accompany others on the path of development?
Between humanity and AI
We know that we are facing the challenge of preparing for a future full of uncertainty, new technologies and value questions.
We must not forget humanity when solving them.
The future is being written today - and iMPULZ 2026 invites you to look for answers together with those who dare to look at it up close.
