We cordially invite you to the Conference on Marriage, which will take place on June 13 in Bratislava, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the premises of the Martindom Community, at Rožňavská 17, Bratislava, on the topic: Difference as a gift.
The conference is intended not only for married couples, but for everyone who wants to move forward in this area - for engaged people, people thinking about marriage and also for those who serve spouses or families.
Marriage today often faces the pressure of culture, misunderstanding or trivialization. Many of us did not have a strong and positive image of marriage around us. Nevertheless, we believe that marriage is God's good intention - a gift to bring stability, love and unity to our families and society.
One of the most common challenges in marriage is the difference between partners. We often perceive it as a source of conflicts, but it can be the very thing that mutually complements, enriches and helps us grow.
We have invited inspiring guests and experts who are dedicated to marriage from different perspectives:
- Marta and Richard Vašečkovci from the Love and Honor project will address the topic of Difference in marriage as a path to holiness.
- Husband and wife Natália and Jozef Kokoškovci from the platform Use Your Talents will look at the interplay of the unique talents of everyone in a couple, they will explain to us how to better understand each other with a partner and what God's intention is hidden in the differences.
- Husband and wife Simona and Jozef Predáčovci from the Couple-Couple League will talk about unity in differences when two are supposed to be one body and about the laws of "marital physics". One law of marital physics also applies to sexual life.
PROGRAMME: The program will include lectures, discussions, prayers of praise and intercession, the possibility of purchasing inspirational books and materials.
