Within group systemic constellations, we are able to get to the depth of the causes and thereby reveal recurring difficulties in personal and work life. What do I focus on most often in my groups? They are:

Do you know what constellations are?
The method was brought to light by Bert Hellinger (*1925, in Germany). He studied philosophy, theology and pedagogy. He worked in the missionary Catholic order in South Africa, where he led two large schools, in Zulu territory. After returning to Europe, he devoted himself to psychoanalysis, primary therapy, Gestalt therapy, transactional analysis, family therapy and NLP, which he integrated into the management of therapeutic groups.
His book "The Hidden Symmetry of Love" is still essential literature.
His approach to systemic constellations is used today in many fields, such as psychotherapy, psychosomatic medicine, corporate consulting for small and large companies, and even in the film industry to create elaborate film scripts.
Constellations method
Constellations are a method that looks at a selected topic (relationships, problem, wish, goal, money, work, company) within a comprehensive of the system and works with its individual elements.
The method enables insight into the entire system – to perceive and solve the relationships between the individual elements of the system.
It helps to find out where the client's problems come from, where the client is involved in a wider system of ties and to see the connections of what is holding us back. It is a very powerful method that touches the very core of the matter.
Constellations are called systemic due to the view of the entire system and family because the themes are often related to the original family. The method is unique because it also works with what we carry from past generations and which often strongly influences us on an unconscious level.
How does the constellation take place?
Before the constellation itself with you I will go through your problem. I will ask for details. Then we determine the individual representatives who are necessary for the solution.
During the constellation, additional members can be added if their presence proves to be necessary or beneficial.
The client places representatives in positions according to their internal imagination. The representatives quickly get into the roles without having to do anything other than stand, observe their feelings and answer the lecturer's questions.
It is important for the client to see what is happening and to become part of the process, even if he is not directly in the model.
Next is the analysis of the system: Who has what with whom relationships, what tensions or movements exist within the system, who is not seen, who is sick, who feels unappreciated, who takes on someone else's feelings.
Constellations can clarify what phase of the cycle the client, its project or company is in.
Depending on the type and meaning of the order, changes may follow, the search for hidden reserves, obstacles or solutions , which are consistent with the entire system.
At the end of the process, the client can step into the constellation to experience where the system has moved during the constellation and feel the difference.

Find a balance between business, family and time for yourself.
Sales
Get the courage to go to market with your skin. Change the belief that "offering yourself is embarrassing, humiliating, scary" or that "not showing up is better".
Find out where your clients are and why they want or don't want to come to you to shop.
Dissolve creative blocks, anchor your confidence. Discover sources of inspiration.
How to prepare for a constellation?
The constellation method works with facts, so I recommend thinking about your most common problems, also finding out information about his family of origin. It is good to find out if in the generations before us, there were some persons with exceptional fate/talent, special circumstances in life, premature death, persons about whom the family did not speak, unhappy loves, loss of children, major negative events such as confiscation of property, etc. It is enough to just know / suspect that something like this happened in the family, without knowing the details. If you don't have the information, it doesn't matter, you can still work. If you already have a new family, it will also be beneficial to find out information about the family of your partner/husband or partner/wife.
Confidentiality
For all constellations, we work with confidential information. Discretion is a matter of course for both performers and facilitators.
