WHAT ARE FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS?

Family constellations use the spatial representation of relationships with the help of representatives, and thus help to symbolically make visible on the outside what is hidden. They can thus reveal negative influences affecting our lives and relationships. With the help of simple but powerful rituals, they help restore the flow of love and support in family and partner relationships. They bring us back to our sources and health.

The founder of the constellations, Bert Hellinger, observed that relationships in living systems (family, company, etc.) are subject to certain laws that cannot be bypassed, and the violation of which has members negative impact.

Unfulfilled loves, unachieved dreams, debts, grievances, or secrets of generations before us often seek their fulfillment or healing through a special influence in our lives. This effort of each system for harmony and wholeness was formulated by Hellinger in three laws, which he called the RULES OF LOVE. entanglement and a person perceives that some action from the family or another system adversely affects him.
