CONCERT: Cane Cattivo *live
Surf’s Up! Cane Cattivo has been committed to surf rock since 2024 - and has already earned the title of unofficial Haus & Hof band with several celebrated shows on our roof. The individual parts of the sum are neither unknowns nor blank slates. Grown close to the roof and known from radio, television and the eternal corner pub. The members sometimes work for “Potsdam’s most anti-social punk band” Brutal Besoffen, now and then very subtly between blues & folk for Max Paul Maria & Band, at the shooting gallery for “8 Buckets of Chicken Hearts” or in a total mess for “Permanent Wave Hydrogen”. A real surf super group, quasi-& practical. The number hits the nerves, makes the puppets dance - and puts you in a great mood. The band has now mutated live from a quartet to a sextet and has Reiner Hess from Jazzy Berlin on the saxophone as an extra! On the decks: all kinds of feathers from the bird's nest. An evening like a tropical gentleman's table setting. The concert starts around 8:30 p.m.

Surf’s Up! Since 2024 Cane Cattivo devoted themselves to Surf Rock and brought their very unique twist to it already onto our stage in *Wohnzimmer a couple of times for the Dusty Ballroom series. Unofficially they are already our very own in-house band – with strong bonds to the roof and a very long backstory within bands we hold dearly to our heart. Parts of Cane Cattivo are members of “Potsdam Best Antisocial Punk Band” Brutall Besoffen, some of them show their tender side with Blues & Folk as members of Max Paul Maria & Band, their drummer blasts the beats for “8 Bucket Hühnerherzen” – and let’s not forget the Schlager-Punk outfit Permanent Wave Hydrogen! A surf super group so to speak. Let’s twist and shout, have too much beer and bring the heat for Cane Cattivo! The concert starts at 8pm!
