About event
🔹 Happiness or unhappiness - how often do they occur in our lives?! We invite you to an evening of philosophical dialogues over coffee or tea, in which this time we will look together at this very well-known pair - what they actually are and what they are not, what they come from, how they are related to each other, who or what influences it and decides which of them and how it manifests itself, and how to deal with them?
🔹 WHEN: January 15, 2026, 6:00 p.m. hrs.
🔹🔹 WHERE: Nová Akropolis - Košice, Zvonárska 13, Košice
🔹🔹🔹 APPLICATION at the address: [email protected] or by phone at 0911 021 980.
▪️ You can apply until Wednesday 14 January 2026 inclusive.
wish you good luck. But do we really know what happiness actually means? And what about its opposite - unhappiness? What do they come from, how are they related to each other, what do they depend on, how to deal with them, and who and/or what determines whether it will be one or the other?
🔹 We will list selected historical and modern approaches and contexts, so that we can subsequently address various questions related to the topic of the evening in groups. The participants of the event will be able to exchange their opinions, inspire each other, engage in conversations or just listen.
🔹 We invite you to the next FiloCafé, where there will once again be an opportunity to think together, share experiences and inspirations about what we so often encounter in our lives - happiness and unhappiness.
▪️▪️▪️ In the evening you will be accompanied by the head of the Košice branch, Mr. Rastislav Harčarufka, lecturer at Nova Akropolis, who graduated from the program of studying Eastern and Western philosophy, psychology, ethics and symbolism. He leads courses and lectures, in which he makes use of many years of pedagogical and professional experience and experience in the integration of knowledge from various fields (science, technology, ethics, history, philosophy and psychology). 13, Košice
