SvetLa Dance System invites you on a transformational dance-movement pilgrimage, the goal of which is to awaken the body, connect with emotions and integrate new knowledge into everyday life.
5 month dance program will check how you are doing and bring those golden keys to changing MINDSET.
➕➕➕The program includes 2x video support from DARma, in which we will discuss additional knowledge developing deeper connections to by thematic area and 4x newsletter with information about the program.
⏰Each selected Saturday of the month together we will experience 6 hours full of dance, movement and self-discovery.
The choice of dance-movement methods is focused to the maturation process through AHA moments experienced in the body, which form a new record in the muscle memory.
👉👉👉You will learn to perceive change as a living process, when you will know to name things in your life correctly, to see them so that you know what you are going to realize and where you want to move, so that you get meaning and answers to the question why.
