About event
THE KOŠICKÝ CHRISTMAS TOURNAMENT IS BACK!
After a four-year break, we decided to renew the tradition of the Christmas Tournament and at the same time honor the memory of our favorite coach Milan Mišinski. The Košice teams will use the match break during the holidays to measure each other's strength. We are pleased that all local competition teams across all age categories from cadets to men have preliminarily promised to participate. Since Christmas time is the time of returning home, basketball returnees from beyond the borders of our city will also run to the board.
The Christmas tournament had a long-standing tradition in Košice, and we decided to renew it after four years. We want to show that basketball lives on in Košice even during the holidays, and at the same time we would like to use the Christmas time so that the Košice basketball community can meet again in as large a number as possible after a long time. We are happy for the interest of the teams, but from a logistical point of view we will have to squeeze the tournament into two days, which will be reflected in the slightly shortened format of the matches and the busy schedule of each team.
