About event
Another evening with live music in the bistro joy. The trio is mostly free of free improvisation and musicians themselves and musical instruments that use for improvisation have a very different music background. The result is a unique musical experience. will perform?
Anna Romanovská (violin and koto)
Petr Tichý (double bass)
Michal Hrubý (clarinets, saxophone and flutes)
Anna Romanovska has classical musical education and strong influence on her. The Japanese thirteen -string citeer called Koto, on which Anna plays, brings an oriental touch to the overall sound. folk.
Michal Hrubý and his punk-folklore musical basis, widespread by unusual musical knowledge across centuries and musical styles, congenely complement the whole with the necessary element of the unexpected. The trio performs and records with many guests, such as Violist Garth Knox, a former member of Arditti Quartet and Ensambleu Interconmpumporain, or with soprano Hana Blažíkova and Bároukabátková or the legend of the Czech underground Vratislav Annabell Plum, Zdeněk Závodný, etc. In the autumn of 2020, he joined forces with drummer Klaus Kugel, with whom he fell into the eye at the second year of the Dobrška Gate festival in 2018.
He took a short Czech tour with him and established longer cooperation.
