"Gergő Kováts, after participating in many free, light and mainly world music formations, saw the time had come for him to embark on a journey of discovery in the endless fields between folk music and jazz with his companions. The team recruited for the audio-gastronomic expedition put hard bop in their mason jar as a way to go. and free jazz, and since the start of fermentation, with bitters, fast rounds, and slow Hungarians and, of course, some hip-hop and funk mixed in from the air. The classic recipes from John Coltrane to Elek Horváth are re-baked to serve us as hot as possible.
His companions in this confusing adventure are outstanding bakers in their profession: Máté Pozsár and Attila Gyárfás a recognized authorities of jazz, the ubiquitous and unavoidable figures of the freer genre, not to mention the teachers of the Music Academy. Despite his young age, Ábel routinely lives his life across genres, among others he achieved serious success with the Nagy Emma Quintet and the Söndörgő.
