Kraak & Smaak (LIVE) – Danube Music Day + after party Funkadelic Brothers
Dutch producer trio Kraak & Smaak will come to Slovakia with a live band to demonstrate together how to make proper electro funk. On November 14, 2024, at MMC in Bratislava, they will play a cross-section of their twenty years of work and will also present songs from the upcoming album. Before and after their performance, the Funkadelic Brothers (DJ Koki + Matthew Sax) will warm up.
Twenty years on the scene with tireless and energetic funk with electronic elements. This is Kraak & Smaak from Leiden, which works as a trio of producers Oscar de Jong, Mark Kneppers, Wim Plug and will be accompanied by a live band and singers as part of their tour. They will guide the audience through their entire work, which is a unique mix of funk, soul, disco, and electronica. The band is now working on their sixth studio album, from which they have so far released the single My All, Ready For Ya. In the summer, they celebrated their twentieth anniversary with the selection album Twenty. In addition to this, they also received the honors of the remix album Twenty: The Remixes, where he prepared a mix of Purple Disco Machine, Yuksek, Joe Goddard, Jitwam and Moods.
Kraak and Smaak (LIVE) will be followed by an after-party, hosted by the Funkadelic Brothers - DJ Koki + Matthew Sax. They play modern dance music of the 21st century, in which they combine jazz playing with DJing. Every party, every live concert is a unique and original experience for them.
