Accept the invitation of Rodná víra to celebrate the winter solstice - Kračun. The celebration will take place in the premises of the forest nursery in Kohoutovice (N 49°12.03258′, E 16°32.74212′). feasting and exuberant merriment until the early hours of the morning - musical instruments welcome. The morning ceremony will take place at sunrise, i.e. at approximately 8:00 a.m.
It is advisable for each participant to bring food and drink for themselves and to entertain others. The consumption of pork is not allowed as part of the feast; in the morning, on the other hand, we make a sacrifice and eat pork. Joint offerings, ceremonial cake and morning honor cards will be arranged by the organizers. There are no limits to private personal sacrifices.
We will have a heated yurt available, so you don't need a full field for sleeping (or rather a night nap due to the nature of the holiday), just a sleeping bag.
Please note that participants must come to the ceremony sober - excessive consumption of alcohol before the ceremony is prohibited. At the same time, the consumption of any intoxicants, with the exception of alcohol and tobacco products, is prohibited at the entire event.
It is advisable for participants to arrive at the venue approximately 2 hours before the start in order to prepare the ceremony location and the ceremony itself. The nearest public transport stop is Libušina třída (trolley bus 37) - I believe that everyone can walk a few hundred meters to the kindergarten from the stop, however, in case of losing the path, consciousness, concept of time or yourself, call 605 49 09 53 (Ladislav).
