About event
Come to immerse yourself in your body, examine the movement of it directly from it and subsequently in cooperation with other dancers. Stop, soften and silent and at the same time look for a way to be fully alive. Lessons are open to everyone regardless of advancedness. Experience work will then lead to the opening of attention from the inside of the body out - to the space and other dancers and will result in the creation of short common dance improvisations. All lessons and links of lessons will be conceived by starting with the experiential individual work and subsequently leading to dancing with others.
The lesson will also lead to the perception of the poetry of dance, its and others,, among other things, including a moment when we will reflect our experience through free writing.
When: 16: 30-18: 00 (the possibility to come from 16:15)

Facilitator - Tereza Juráková Since then, I have attended many courses of somatic dance, improvisation and especially instant compositions in studying with various teachers in Europe. I studied primarily with Robert Legros, then with teachers like Lily Kiara, Maya M. Carroll, and Agostina d'Alessandro. In recent years I have been a performer and with increasing taste I devote my own work in dancing. I would like to pass on the knowledge that I draw from my teachers and. I will be glad for confidence in this process where I will learn with you.
