About event
Come to immerse yourself in your body and examine the movement of it directly from it and subsequently in cooperation with other dancers. Stop, soften and silent and at the same time look for a way to be fully alive. Lessons are open to everyone regardless of advancedness.
A cycle of 4 lessons on which we will examine the landscape of the body at different levels such as breath, touch and body part through experiential movement work. The experiential work will then lead to the opening of attention from the inside of the body out - to the space and other dancers. All lessons and links of lessons will be conceived by starting with the experiential individual work and subsequently leading to dancing with others.
The lesson will also lead to the perception of the poetry of dance, your and others, including, among other things, when you will reflect your experience through free writing.
When: 16: 30-18: 00 (the possibility to come from 16:15)

Where: Radnická 8, Brno, Dance Hall (3. All lessons, one free lesson - the course is designed to follow each lesson and is ideal to participate in all, but at the same time the individual lessons will be accessible as open class.
