Who is a modern teacher? This is exactly what you will learn in this workshop. You will get to know the generation of students we teach, we will talk about roles and responsibilities (what is the role and responsibility of a learning facilitator, mentor and innovator). We will focus on evaluation criteria and evaluation of activities in the lesson, or the way of working with pupils (individualization, cooperation). We will also focus on personal development (continuous learning and reflection) and the relationship to the curriculum and educational goals (adaptation of teaching to current educational standards and trends, integration of different subjects and topics for a holistic approach to education).
