About event
Seminar for women
👉🏼 Let's do it, each of us was already in a situation where we did not know what to do, in a situation that happens once in our lives and we are not at all prepared for it. Life is full of moments you don't expect - our self -defense seminar for women is here to prepare you for the worst.
It doesn't matter if you already have a few cows lessons behind or with self -defense is just about to be your new superpowl - this seminar is just for you.
techniques that work and give you self -confidence and knowledge that you can take care of yourself.
ℹ️ What will happen? We will experience, and we will teach you how to respond to them using games, stories and scenarios that are so realistic that you will laugh at how much you will know.
Get ready for a lot of action, movement and aha! Moments that will change your view of what you can do. Tomoko says: "It will not be about who has more power, everything is about technology and mindset, we will prepare for every situation and we will enjoy it"
🙋🏼️ For who it is? Br/> for all women. We do not address fitness, age or previous experience. You just need a taste
