BUILDER'S NOTE
You suffer ? And have you ever wondered why? What if it's because you're misplacing yourself in your experience? That you think you are something other than you are? What if it turns out you don't really have a problem? Because you're not the nerd in the middle, but this whole thing. Don't you believe? This book can do it for you.
Armed with the most modern knowledge about consciousness, the neurobiology of the mind, the mechanisms of mapping the world, the effect of psychedelics and meditation, determinism and free will, but also with humor and careful living of one's own experience, the book How to Become a never-before-seen readable, comprehensible and entertaining chance for spiritual Awakening even for rational skeptics with their feet on the ground.
Go on a fascinating journey to self-discovery, wake up from the dream of 'I' to the fullness and transparency of what what you are and spare yourself the vast majority of classic human psychological suffering.
