Education through conscious movement invites you to meet the body as a partner who knows, feels and thinks. It does not teach ready-made formulas or correct shapes. It opens space - for curiosity, discovery, joy of movement and deep concentration.
Jiří Lössl's book is based on decades of pedagogical and artistic practice. It offers clearly structured, yet completely open material: inspiration for pedagogues and students of art fields, support for creative work and a path to personal somatic experience.
The body in motion can be study, art and therapy. This book invites you to start everything consciously and with kind attention to yourself and your movement.
The launch of the book is part of the International Symposium Inner Speech as a Stage Gesture in Immediate Composition (organized by KATaP DAMU and KT HAMU in cooperation with CreWcollective).
