About event
Dear colleagues, partners, friends,
allow us to cordially invite you to one of the first networking events of our Crisis with Vision project and especially to the launch of a completely new project, namely RESISTANT CARDS.
Resilient cards contain 61 short exercises that help to improve the experience of the here and now and thus strengthen our mental resistance. The exercise combines neurobiological approaches to regulating the body's response to stress with elements of mindfulness and experience working with clients.
Come to meet new colleagues and what we are all interested in – how to strengthen our own and the people around us's psychological resilience. In good company, original space and with durable cards! Small refreshments and a program will be prepared on the spot, the highlight of which will be the christening of cards by our esteemed (for now hidden) guest! So stay with us and follow the updates!
WHEN: Thursday, December 5 from 6pm to 10pm, baptism at 7pm
WHERE: ProstorMikovcova (Mikovcova 548/5, Prague 2) , I. P. Pavlova tram and metro stop
The Crisis with Vision team is looking forward to seeing you
