About event
Children's literature is never ideologically neutral - either explicitly or through seemingly innocent stories, it conveys certain values, ideas about the world and patterns of behavior to children. The relationship between children's and youth literature and the ideological systems that shape it and that itself (re)produces it is extremely complex. Come and share with us your childhood reading traumas and brag about your heroic role models.
