About event
Crisis - Gergely Krizbai (1988) is the current Hungarian artist and graphic artist, winner of the Barcsay Award. His work is inspired by the existentialist wandering of man - an individual monothus, personal mythology. The main character of his paintings is a wandering prince who is looking for his place in a world full of fairy tales, unknown motifs and strange characters who are gradually falling apart.
As a guest of the Prague Liszt Institute, it will not only present their new works, but the audience will have a unique opportunity to watch it directly in action. The crisis designed original decoration on the glass shop window of the institute, which will complete during the opening.
Music accompaniment at the opening will be provided by the artist's brother Domokos Crisal. Domokos will complement the crisis of live musical improvisation. The brothers of the crisis have been cooperating for many years - sometimes the painting responds to music, sometimes music in the painting.
The exhibition will last until 10.10.2025.
