This is not a communication course.

It is a mental and verbal self-defense training for women who work daily in a fast, demanding and often unpredictable work environment - and also bear pressure from relationships or personal life.

This training is for women who want:
- not to be afraid to speak up in a meeting or in a one-on-one conversation,
- to withstand the pressure without, to emotionally "break" them,
- protect their self-esteem and boundaries,
- know how to conduct difficult conversations professionally, calmly and without losing respect.

I bring know-how from police negotiation, crisis intervention, post-traumatic care and mental coaching, translated into the world of women who deal with tension on a daily basis - in teams, with clients, in the collective, at home and on ulica.
