Kro párování: Big Smokers x Alma Wines

August part of the summer pop-up called pairing, which takes place during the summer in Kro Vršovice, will be marked by vintage and grilling. Visitors will be able to taste specials under the baton of Big Smokers within their BBQ tour, fresh half-fermented wine and wine from Alma Wines. Every month, another friendly cook and cook comes to Kršovice and are a fun streetfood. They are complemented by local winemakers and winemakers with their production, often limited and rare. The event is spiced with special DJ sets and music for dancing and listening. "Fourth pairing with Big Smokers and vintage will be the highlight of the summer season. This time we will conceive in large and expand to the whole square in front of Kro," explains Vojta Václavík, founder of Bister Kro and Alma restaurant. With the help of grilled oysters and Anddaille sausages, freshly used beef briskets and Přeštice porkům will present their art. All this complemented by bread from Kro Bakera. There will also be a special frozé - wine ice spray and a novelty, Blanc 24 wine, which is now available in limited cans from Alma Wines. There will be other bottles from the Krásná Hora winery.
