Replacing meat with plant proteins is a healthy trend. Legumes are the ideal choice. But how to cook them for food to taste? And how to solve more demanding legacy, compared to other foods. Methodological help and recipes will be provided by Mr. Zucchini and we will try to prepare some legumes. We will certainly like it.
