About event
The short film by the twins Stephen and Timothy Quay based on the stories of Bruno Schulz, created using the "stop motion" technique, belongs to the treasures of world cinema. Although it departs from the literary original to a certain extent, it captures the essence of the work of the Drohobych magician of words, its poetics and imagery, like few other adaptations by Schulz. A wonderful puppet panopticon, which does not deny inspiration from the surrealist works of Jan Švankmajer, will convince you that we are all part of this panopticon called Krokodylí street.
