General practitioners not only treat, but also care a lot about prevention. They have an original recipe for it - STEPPING. They call their patients to walk with them towards health. 💙🚶♂️ They show by personal example that walking, the most natural human movement, is an excellent preventive measure for many diseases at zero cost.

This is a symbolic walk/run for health. You can do one health circuit or you can do several laps around the City Park
FREE START
PLACE: paved area, next to the entrance to the swimming pool / like the ice skating rink in winter
Free diagnostic measurements and small snacks will also be prepared after the run.
