Circle on the topic - emotions. 🙂🙁😡😬🤢
After the summer Kruh and I are moving back to the interior of the Chajovna. The circle follows the series of events "Talking in the circle". The new name will also bring new content. The circle will focus more on sharing and interacting with each other. 😊
In a group of 6-8 people, we will create a space where each of us can bring a topic, experience, thought, joy, concern, a piece of ourselves. It may or may not. Not everyone comes with a specific need to share something. It's cool just to come and see and listen to others. Let the space and the group affect you, get inspired, and get to know yourself and others. Hearing the stories of others can be very healing. Sharing suffering leads to a sense of understanding and belonging. To realize that problems are also bothering others and that they also have solutions. When problems are shared, the way to solve them is often shared. Likewise, joy and hope are shared. 🙂
