About event
🧬 Kubrak - Dancing DNA🧬
🪶🪶 FREE Conscious Dance or Dancing at home when no one is looking. We dance especially for ourselves, spontaneously and intuitively on the musical wave 🌊90 minutes. We express what we experience and feel at the moment at the moment. We are expanding the index of movements, experimenting, moving freely in any rhythm. From silence and calm, we will gradually dance with the support of music to the summit
and then step by step into rest again.🪶🪶

📌 What about each other? It was more likely to wear layers that can be undressed or dressed as needed.
We usually start on the ground - there is a good idea to have more layers. As the musical wave rises, we heat the body. We end up calmly on the ground (mats are available in the hall). , 🧦. For healthy adults, for anyone who wants to move! Restricted motor skills do not mind. There is no need for dance experience. If you have not been of a full or doubt if this lesson is for you, do not hesitate to speak and ask.
> We do not use mobile phones during the evening, do not shoot and take pictures. We are sensitive to ourselves and our body and respect other dancers. We dance without the effect of alcohol and drugs. 🙏
