About event
~~ Time for devotion ~~
The Fisch-Fischmond on September 7 opens a space in which borders dissolve and the voice of your soul becomes clearer.
✨ Inner pictures become alive-dreams speak louder.
✨ Allow yourself to let go of control. Remember that you have long been connected.
🌀 What is Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini energy is our life energy, also known as Qi, Prana or Life-Force.
This energy is an original and lively energy that we always feel when we are not in mind, e.g. B. when we laugh heartily, dancing, cooking, cooking, being in ecstasy or even feeling a deep sadness.
Kundalini Activation is a passive activation and transmission process of Kundalini-Energie and the awareness of nonduality. Process - a journey of discovery to yourself.
I keep the room and support you in your own, very individual process.
🌀 What happens in a session?
You lie on your mat, let music work and relax.
You have no task here: open yourself without expectations, take care of what happens and let the energy flow through you.
Energy is vibration - when activating your energy comes into flow and can move through your body in a wave -like form.
This can be perceived as an twitching impulses - the energy and your emotions may want to be expressed physically.
also visual experiences, deep meditative conditions and the awareness of nonduality can be experienced to a higher extent.
The experiences in activation are as different as their participants, because it is
Your very own process.
🌀 What does Kundalini Activation? Bring closer.
🌀 How can you prepare for a session?
✔️ Coming in comfortable clothes, possibly warm socks so that you do not cool down if you lie an hour. before).
