Kundalini jóga na Zlatých Pieskoch

Kundalini yoga provides several techniques with which we can warm up, relax and internalize. You can look forward to breath of fire, breathwalk and warm-up kriya. We will gradually learn them and test the effects on the body in the cold.

We will exercise in the fresh air even during the Winter and try one of the forms of hardening:
- exposure to cold air,
- walking barefoot on the ground or snow,
- partial (ankles, knees, feet) or complete immersion in water.

At the same time, we will work purposefully with deep breathing and parasympathetic, i.e. we will learn to react stress-free in a stressful situation.
