❤️❤️ 4-day basic and advanced climbing course on insured via ferrata routes in the Rax Mountains in Austria ❤️❤️
🔝 DATE: 17/10 - 20/10/2024 (Thursday - Sunday)
📑 THE SCOPE OF THE TRAINING INCLUDES:
➡🔠 BASICS of moving around via ferrata (using the via ferrata triangle, ergonomics of movement derived from climbing, techniques of overcoming via ferrata, proper belaying using via ferrata lanyards , rules of moving along via ferrata, what flight is and what its consequences are and much more).
➡🔎 ADVANCED TECHNIQUES: basics of self-belaying, rope belaying, establishing intermediate belay points, belaying with the use of a rope, belaying and descending devices and the semi-wyblinka junction.
➡ BASICS OF AUTHORITY RESCUE on via ferrata 🚑 (retreating from the via ferrata using a rope, climbing on a soft rope and a steel rope, climbing on a broken absorber, building a simple winch when our partner is unable to get back on his own to us after a successful flight, and much more).
➡ Learning BASIC CLIMBING KNOTS and their use on VIA FERRATA! 💪
➡ PLANNING AND TACTICS of a mountain trip. 🎯
➡ And many more useful patents!
🌄 🌅 TRAINING LOCATION: 🇦🇹
Historical via ferrata in the RAX-SCHNEEBERG mountains, in the HOLLENTAL and GROSSES HOLLENTAL valleys in Austria.
During the training, we will complete several via ferrata classics of the Viennese Alps!
🏕 🛌 ACCOMMODATION:
We will spend the night in the Weichtalhaus mountain hut, in the middle of the Hollental valley. You can reach the shelter by car.
The shelter has a nice atmosphere and is well run. Meals are served on site.
