This study module is intended for those interested in prevention and treatment using a suitably chosen diet according to the principles of Ayurveda. No prior knowledge or preparation is required to complete the course.
The course is intended for all people who are interested in harmonizing their health using Ayurvedic principles proven over thousands of years. It is especially suitable for people who work as nutritionists, trainers, therapists, sellers of nutritional supplements, workers in the field of food and want to expand their portfolio of knowledge and services.
From practice, we can confirm that from in the whole of Ayurveda, there is the greatest demand for this area of Ayurveda – Ayurvedic nutrition.
The entire course consists of one full-day personal meeting (including lunch), from the basic Ayurvedic diagnostics of each interested party, from the home self-study video course with two online consultations and a voluntary final exam.
At the personal meeting we will explain the most important points of the online study, especially how to work with it, the Vedic introduction to Ayurveda, the principles of Ayurvedic treatment with diet and the most important differences between the understanding of health in Ayurveda and contemporary medicine. We will do a basic Ayurvedic diagnosis (duration 20 min.) with the aim of determining the current state of the doshas (imbalance), so that you can apply the knowledge gained to yourself already during the online study.
Personal meeting of the nearest The course will be held in the east of Slovakia, in Ulož near Levoča, on Saturday, November 9, 2024. according to your capacity and time, you can gradually download all the video lessons, for which you will also receive PDF files.
During the three-month home study, you can consult any ambiguities on the webinar, which will be held twice during the study at the agreed date, and of which a video recording will be made.
In the third month, those who will want to pass the voluntary final exam, they will come to a personal meeting where they will take the exam and will be given a certificate from the Slovak Ayurveda Association on successful completion of the COURSE exam AYURVEDIC NUTRITION ADVISOR.
