This course is designed for everyone who wants to work on handstands and balance positions on their hands. You will receive instructions for home practice, how to gradually "work your way" through a set of preparatory positions to a realistic result.
If you are considering participating in this course, go through the answers to these questions yourself:
👉am I willing to work on myself, not give up at the first failures?
👉do I have experience with yoga, do I know the basic yoga positions?
👉do I have a healthy body and no problems with my wrists, shoulders, cervical spine, knees, hips?
If you answered YES to all questions, then you are a suitable adept for the course. It is very important for us that the course meets your expectations and that you are not disappointed.
