Ashtanga yoga course for beginners - Tuesday at 18.30h, from 21.1. to 25.2.:
The aim of the course is to teach you step by step the basic positions of TVZ. A shortened 1. The Ashtanga Yoga series that can become a lifelong love for you. This about an hour -long line -up, ideal for all who want to build your own practice, you will be able to practice anywhere and whenever you need some time and time. At home, on vacation, on a business trip ... You can shorten it to the necessary minimum-20, 30, 40 min, or enjoy it in full shot 75-90min. Once you control it, there are no limits, the only limit is laziness.
The course will consist of 5 Tuesday lessons - 21.1. and 25.2. Altogether 5 lessons after 90 minutes (sometimes they may be longer to have space to explain the details). On each lesson you will get a manual (pictures and written text), based on which you continue your practice to the next hour at home. already practicing ashtanga yogis. You will have free entry throughout the course for 1 such lesson per week. After the course there will be for you and your regular practice under the guidance of the teacher.
If you don't be able to attend a lesson, regular lessons on Wednesdays or Saturday are ideal not only to repeat what you already know, but also to add what you missed.
<< Br/> the price of the whole course is 99 € (you will receive the payment instructions after logging). If you want to attend the course, but currently do not have enough funds, write, we can agree on installments. In addition to 5ich /90 min lessons, the course you will receive and free entry to 1 Mysore Lesson Weekly.
The course will take place in the "Movement and Soul" 35.
