About event
For the autumn and winter season, I have prepared a series of lessons focused on yoga energy. You will need an open heart and mind and willingness to slip out of the established yoga practice and occasionally pads. He teaches Barbora Hynšt Hu.
Contraindications: Acute states of disease and convalescence, pregnancy without previous yoga practice, epilepsy, and serious psychological problems.
