About event
Dance and yoga? Of course, it goes together 🙂 The popular Kačka Boušková has prepared a course of 12 Dance Yoga lessons for you! unique dance choreography inspired by yoga asanas.
During the course we will learn 4 different choreographies to different musical styles, from instrumental to modern. We dedicate an average of three lessons to each choreography.
We start the lesson with a warm-up, continue with choreography training and end with stretching.
We will also send you the choreography electronically so that you can repeat it at home or practice the given the part when you won't be able to come to the lesson.
There's nothing to worry about. We will work on the choreography gradually and you will see for yourself that experiencing the subsequent freedom of movement within the dance will produce endorphins for the whole week 🙂
Still hesitating? Come to a demo lesson for the course on September 3 and/or 10.
PRICE:
Early bird price (if paid by 8/15): CZK 2,799.
Normal price after this deadline: CZK 3,399.
