Come learn about the key changes in of the Labor Code for 2025 and their impact on everyday practice. The course is focused on current legislative changes, including topics such as work performance during parental leave, new conditions of the trial period, the minimum wage for 2025, or self-scheduling of working hours. The solution to specific model situations from business practice will also be included.

Course guarantor
Prof. JUDr. Petr Hůrka, Ph.D.
Lecturer, consultant on labor relations and HR, professor of labor law and social security law at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno and CEVRO University in Prague. He is a member of the Legislative Council of the Government. Previously, he worked as a deputy for legislation at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, and as a deputy for civil service. He was awarded Lawyer of the Year 2018 for Employment Law.
