Folklore aerobics courses for beginners
take place once a week, together you take 10 hours (10 x 60 min.) Within 2.5 months. In addition to building fitness, you will also learn 3 simple choreography inspired by steps from the Podolian, Eastern or Myjava Dance areas. We interconnect with legs accompanied by beautiful music. You will refrain from the dance memory and at the end of each hour we are filled with and then stretch out the muscles. The course is suitable for adult women without age limitations and without previous dance experience. Majkou

The price for the course is 98 EUR. Individual entry 15 EUR/hour/person (only in case of free space).


Can't you come for an hour for a holiday or illness? Never mind you can replace it online with our special video, or in another course! All you need to do is bring you only in your shirt, leggings, comfortable shoes with a towel, water and a smile on your face.
